All of Bigfoot’s Fertilizer Blends are formulated just for our Colorado Front Range Soils after extensive soil testing and analysis of the soils that exist here. All of our blends also have sulfur added to reduce the high PH of our soils.
- Our fertilizer is named according to the season by which it should be applied so blend selection is made easy!
- Our Fertilizer is available in 50lb bags which cover 5000-10,000 sq. ft.
FALL BLEND - Lower in nitrogen (N), less (N) means less burn risk, doesn’t promote as much top growth, good for pre-plant fertilizer.
SPRING BLEND - Higher in nitrogen (N), promotes top growth, good for established lawns.
SUMMER W/ IRON - Less nitrogen (N), won’t grow as fast, iron promotes dark green color. (Make certain to remove from sidewalks and driveways as it WILL produce rust spots)
Nitrogen (N) - promotes top growth
Phosphate (P) - promotes root growth
Potash (K) - promotes maturity
Sulfur (S) - helps reduce soil PH
Iron (Fe) - makes grass dark green
